Can we get your free samples?

Yes, on some stock items, we can send immediately. If you want special decoration or printing on bottles, it will take about 7days to prepare and will charge reasonable sample cost.

Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.

What is the lead time?

Sample needs 3-5 days prepared; mass production time needs 15 days normally.

If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?

Replacement for the defective bottle.

How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

What is your shipping way?

By sea, by air, or by express, etc. We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection.
